Coming Very Soon: Newer Songs From STRIKING 12, + 8-Song Published Folio

In time for our upcoming run of STRIKING 12 at Arena Stage, the excellent team at PS Classics will be printing up more copies of the CD – and inside will be special cards to allow you to download the new songs we’ve written for the show since that CD was released. We’ve been wanting to make those songs available for a while – and now is the perfect opportunity.

Brendan will be mixing those new songs from live tracks from last year’s Zipper Factory Theatre show on December 30, 2008, in time for this December 2 release. If you already own the CD, you’ll be able to buy the download card separately.

In addition, the fine folks at Warner/Chappell, in conjunction with Alfred Music, are publishing our first-ever song folio, also to be available this December – we should have them available at Arena. 8 songs from STRIKING 12 will be included, in full old-fashioned piano/vocal sheet music style.striking12cover

I’m really looking forward to the song folio – great news! (Nice to be able to hear the new Striking 12 songs, too.)

My dear Valerie, Gene and Brendan-

Once again, my God, what a great show on Saturday, Dec 12th….I am still “reeling” from it.

I tried to make it to the final performance, but the weather really affects me and my arthritis and was in a lot of pain.

It was so wonderful to see you all after so long. I am so proud of all of you and happy that this work has been so well received.

I hope you come back to DC soon, but I also hope that Striking 12 has a great long run.

Paul and I send our very best wishes to you all for a terrific holiday and enjoy a safe wonderful time.

I hope to be able to keep in touch, and I will try to keep my eye on your website to follow what you are up to.

    Once again….WOW!!!!!

One of your original and devoted followers,

    Regina
