It's more about the DoD ad campaign itself but Lonna found a one-page article in Direct Newsline (one of her marketing trade papers) about which some of you might be curious. It mentions Val in passing but not Groovelily. You can read the text of the article online. The printed version of the article also had two small, uncaptioned photos in one corner: one showed the shot of Val with her army boots overlaid, the other was a shot of the doctor who was part of the print campaign. Certainly seeing the band show up in strange places as a result of this campaign! --David | ||
