It may be hard to believe that someone else could make a Viper sound as wonderful as a certain blonde violinist of whom we're all quite fond but I just noticed this little note on Mark Wood's web-site (www.markwoodmusic.com/index2.html) Juilliard School of Music and "Nest of Vipers" The prestigious Juilliard School of Music in New York City has enlisted my help in outfitting their electric string quartet with Vipers from Wood Violins! I've also composed a special piece tailored for these instruments entitled "Nest of Vipers" which will have its world premiere at Lincoln Center. If you're lucky enough to live in or around NY, come on down: Friday, April 4, 2003 - 8:00 PM Clark Studio Theater 70 Lincoln Center, 7th Floor - New York, NY (located on B'way. between 65th & 66th St.) I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it but sounds like it could be fun!
