We know; this setup is WAY too complicated. Simplifying, but for now, here's what we did for Val's maiden looping voyage:1. The Line 6 FBV Express, for switching violin sounds; 2. The Pok controller for controlling loops on the computer; 3. The Sennheiser in-ear monitor transmitter, sending Val's monitor mix from computer to Val; 4. the barely visible MOTU 828 mkii firewire audio and midi interface; 5. a 12' powerbook purchased on our ill-fated 2004 summer tour, and it's still running; 6. the TC Helicon Voicelive 2 for harmonies and vocal effects; 7. The TC Electronic Nova System with killer pitch shifting, delays, and ambience for violin; 8. The Line 6 Pod XT which we're primarily using as an amp simulator at this point, and; 9. An m-audio two-octave keyboard which Val uses to send key changes and harmony changes to the Voicelive 2 harmony box.
