and people put their trust in you, you cannot let them down
underneath, deep inside, you are weak with your struggle for control.

quenching love and passion and boxing up your soul

pretty soon you won't have anything at all
except your control

And when life gets rough some people will hide
and some people stand and take the heat
although it may cost them pride
